The 1945 blockbuster bio pic movie based on the legendary composer George Gershwin. Includes a re-creation of Al Jolson's introduction of the classic song SWANEE written by George Gershwin and Irving Caesar. As well as Al Jolson, other legendary stars such as Oscar Levant, Paul Whiteman, Hazel Scott, also appear re-creating original ground breaking moments of theirs, accompanied by a competent cast with Robert Alda, Charles Coburn, Alexis Smith and Joan Leslie.
